A passion for shared, memory-making experiences with family and friends.
I’ve been investing in unique shared experiences for the last 25+ years. It started with my wife and includes our family, our friends and our kids. I’m hoping the memory of these shared experiences provides long-lasting memories for not only me but my family and friends. These trips, adventures, activities and events are great, but true happiness also comes from also being present for the small, everyday moments.
Here is a sampling of some memorable family trips and trips with friends: the Black Hills and Mount Rushmore, red-rock arches and Yellowstone geysers out West, the Olympic coast and a whale-watch on the Salish Sea, a glowing bay in Puerto Rico, and a safari across Tanzania and Uganda. Each of these signature trips has its own page with the full story and photos. Browse all trips →

From trekking into Uganda’s “Impenetrable Forest” to visit silverback gorillas in the wild, to climbing Whistler via Ferrata and witnessing the “Big 5” on safari in Tanzania. From jeeping in Moab to hiking Olympic and Arches National Parks, horseback riding in RMNP to marveling at the Northern Lights and Yellowstone’s geysers. Whether snowmobiling at the cabin, kayaking, or finding a quiet trail, these experiences reflect a desire to explore and connect directly with nature.

There are many other moments, both big and small, that are part of my life story.
